Ive been going to True sight for a few years now. I went just a few minutes ago, to get my glasses fixed. They were super busy but definitely prioritize customer service. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and patient. They did an amazing job and took their time helping me find the perfect glasses that fit me comfortably and looked great. What made my experience even more special was the communication.I am Deaf, and the doctor knew sign language, so I was able to communicate with her directly and feel completely comfortable and understood.That meant so much to me! I had an amazing experience during my visit after the whole issue with the previous owners. I really liked how quick and efficient everyone works there. They were very very attentive to my questions and requests. Due to me going back to school very far outside of the country and state they were able to help me get my glasses sooner and quicker. I was very pleased with how they treated me after not coming to the previous owners due to having issues with my prescription and their treatment. I will gladly come back next year and will for sure call for any questions and concerns I have. I can't say enough good things about True Sight Vision Care! I brought my one-year-old in for her first eye exam, and everyone was absolutely amazing. The staff was so patient, kind, and welcoming, and they made us both feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. Juliet was wonderful with my son. She took her time, explained everything, and made the entire experience stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. If you're looking for an eye doctor who is great with little ones and has a friendly, caring team, I highly recommend True Sight Vision Care. We had such a great experience and will definitely be back!
